Return & Exchange Policy

All purchases from Hunter Boots SG have a 14-day return/exchange policy from the delivery date. Please submit an enquiry form here or email us at [cs.hunterbootssg@baozun.com] to initiate your request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

 Please ensure that:

  • All tags / stickers are still attached to the product(s)
  • Product(s) is in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition.
  • Product(s) is in its original packaging along with its accessories or freebies included in the purchase.
  • Request is made within 14 days of receiving the product.

 

Please note that we cannot accept return/exchange for the following:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, scratched/scuffed, soiled, or altered.
  • Incomplete packaging and tags.
  • When the 14 days return period has lapsed from the delivery date.
  • Without proof of purchase.
  • Socks, gift cards

 

Exchange 

* Valid exchanges to be made in-store only. Pls note that we only accept exchange for the same item or item of equal value.

  • After you have received the exchange approval email, please make your way to the store located at: 68 Orchard Road, #01-26/28 Plaza Singapura, Singapore 238839. Approach any of our counter staff with your order number and item to be exchanged. The staff will inspect and check again if it fulfils the exchange criteria.
  • Only one time exchange is allowed.



Return & Refund

After receiving our approval email, you can choose to return the item at our physical store located at: 68 Orchard Road, #01-26/28 Plaza Singapura, Singapore 238839 or ship back to our return address. pls note that  if the item is returned due to a change of mind, unsuitable or for no reason,the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back the item to our return address.

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Pls note that Delivery charge is not refundable if the return is due to change of mind, unsuitable or no reason.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and email us at [cs.hunterbootssg@baozun.com] immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item within 14 days, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will then arrange the exchange .

 

Order Cancellation

We strive to get your order shipped as soon as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. We kindly ask you to review the products, delivery address and mobile number carefully before proceeding to checkout.
