Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?

We strive to get your order shipped as soon as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. We kindly ask you to review the products, delivery address and mobile number carefully before proceeding to checkout.

Products

What size should I choose?

Hunter boots are made to accommodate thick socks. We recommend purchasing the same size as your usual shoes. If you are between sizes, we recommend opting for the larger size. Since fit can vary by product, please refer to our size guide and the information provided on the product page.

Why are there white marks appearing on my boots?

Occasionally, a white powdery film may form on the surface of the boots. This is a natural occurrence with rubber, a natural material. Please be assured that this is a feature of high-quality rubber and does not impact the performance or durability of the boots, nor is it considered a defect.

Can I wear Hunter rain boots during winter?

Yes, Hunter rain boots can be worn in winter temperatures as low as minus 10 degrees. The soles are anti-slip and provide good traction on wet surfaces and snow but they are not recommended for icy conditions.

Do you ship overseas?

All orders can only be delivered within Singapore.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Standard delivery time is 1-3 working days after the order status has been set to “Shipped”. *Kindly note that deliveries may sometimes be delayed due to public holidays, festive season, or major sales campaigns.

How can I track my order?

Deliveries are fulfilled by Ninja Van, and you can track the status of your delivery through their website (www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/) with the AWB number that can be found in your shipment confirmation email. Please ensure to provide a valid local mobile number with your order as the courier may drop you a text/call during delivery.

All earned points will expire after 12 months. You can earn and redeem points both on our website and in our retail stores.
